To make an appointment with Great River Dentistry, your local Bemidji dentist, please fill out the form below or call us directly at 218-751-4216. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Emergency calls and appointments are available if needed for new and existing patients alike.

Financial Assistance

We are happy to assist you in submitting all insurance forms for you in order to help you receive the most from your benefits. We will also work with you to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, we design a complete payment plan with an appropriate payment schedule. Our office accepts check, cash and Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. We ask for this so that we can offer your appointment slot to other patients. Please be aware that if a patient misses multiple appointments without providing sufficient notice, we will request prepayment of appointments.
